How to determine your % lost.

First, subtract current weight from starting weight. For example if you started at 200 and now weigh 180, you lost 20lbs. Next, divide the starting weight by the amount lost 20/200= 0.1 to change this into a percentage multiply 100 or just move the decimal to the right 2 places. The % for this person would be 10%.
Now if you are not a math wiz no worries I believe the % will be figured and posted for us. I just thought it would be cool to know how it is done.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!

I hope this works because I am not super computer savvy! Anyway just a couple of craving kickers. Orbit Pina Colada gum is AMAZING! And Michelle told me that sugar free jello mixed with some diet sprite is yum! It sounded good to me. Hope everyone is staying motivated!

Homestyle Turkey Meatloaf

Servings: 6
Preparation Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
1 onion
4 egg whites
1 cup salsa
3/4 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked ( not instant, or quick cook)
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable recipe mix (find it in instant soup areas I believe)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions

1-Preheat oven to 350 F.
2-In a large bowl mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, veggie mix and black pepper. Press mixture into 9 x 5 loaf pan and spread ketchup over top. Bake in pre-heated oven until meatloaf is no longer pink in the center and juice is clear; about 60 minutes.

Just a tip: Not all ground turkey is created equal. Compare fat % as well as nutrition labels! Cheaper has not made the cut on more than one occasion. Jennie-O has been the best! It has 120 calories compared to 160 from other brands. Also the total fat is 1.5 intead of 8 grams as well as 26 grams of protein compared to 22 g! Smiths has Jenni-o. Its Extra lean.

This recipe comes for the Eating For Life Cookbook. Its approved for Body For Life!!!

WHo knows even after its all over maybe this blog can help us continue until we reach the weights we all want to be!!! Good Luck Everyone! And thanks for the invite!!!!
